The Tarrant County College Foundation (TCCF) is well positioned to expand student & workforce opportunities
The TCCF entered FY 2025 from a position of financial strength. The most recent Form 990 reports $36.8 million in assets, $18.3 million in net assets, and a small operating surplus, while the FY 2025 audited financial statements received a clean audit opinion. Together, these reports indicate that the Foundation remains well-capitalized, donor-supported, and positioned to continue funding scholarships and advancing Tarrant County College's mission.

Legal Structure
The Tarrant County College Foundation (TCCF) is a separately incorporated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that exists to provide philanthropic support to Tarrant County College (TCC). Functionally, it operates as the College’s central fundraising, stewardship, and donor-engagement arm.
