Support Dual Credit Students

TCC's Dual Credit Program gives high school students the opportunity to earn transferable college credit while completing their high school education, helping them accelerate their academic journey while saving valuable time and money.

For many students, dual credit provides a head start on a bachelor's degree, while others take an even bigger leap—earning an associate degree and a high school diploma simultaneously.

With the passage of House Bill 8, qualifying families across Texas have greater access to no-cost dual credit coursework. Building upon that commitment to educational equity and student success, Tarrant County College has chosen to cover tuition costs for every dual credit student, regardless of eligibility status.

However, tuition is only part of the equation. Students are still responsible for the required educational materials that make learning possible, including textbooks, digital courseware, laboratory supplies, and specialized learning platforms. These expenses average $150 per student each semester.

The Impact of Your Gift

A contribution of:

  • $150 provides learning materials for one student for one semester.
  • $300 supports one student for an entire academic year.
  • $1,500 helps ten students access the resources they need to succeed.
  • Any amount moves a student closer to achieving their educational goals.

Together, we can ensure that every student who earns the opportunity to take a college course has the resources to succeed in it. Your generosity helps remove barriers, expand access, and create brighter futures throughout our community. Give now.
